"We don't remember days. We remember moments." This moment at our "You Are Loved" conference took my breath. An altar filled with ladies from all generations crying out to the One who saves, breaks chains and gives His salvation and hope. Thank you Jesus for your love that never gives up and never fails. When God laid it on my heart to host the "You Are Loved Ladies Night Out," I immediately told him I would, but then, I hesitated. It is a lot of work and requires a lot of people and resources. I was able to lead this night because of all those who caught the vision and jumped on board. Some of them work at SPM, and the rest are friends and I love all of them dearly. These are the faces behind the work it takes to put on such an event and I can't wait to do it again at Hillcrest Baptist in Lebanon, TN. To God be the glory! When we step out into the deep, He meets us there and He is faithful! #thankful #godissogood❤️

It's "Monday Morning Prayer Time!" Let's pray. "Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of a new week. Thank You for waking us up today and giving us another opportunity to walk in Your purpose. We place every moment of this week into Your hands.

Go before us, Lord. Order our steps, guide our decisions, and help us recognize the doors you are opening. Give us wisdom where we need direction, strength where we feel weak, and peace where there may be uncertainty. Guard our hearts and minds from worry, fear, and discouragement. Fill our thoughts with truth, hope, and confidence in Your plans. Help us trust You even in the things we cannot see yet.

Lord, use us this week to be a light to others. Let our words bring encouragement, our actions reflect Your love, and our lives point people toward You.

Bless the work of our hands. Bring the right people into our paths, the right opportunities at the right time, and the courage to walk through every door You open. We surrender this week to You completely. May everything we do bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, amen." #prayer #mondayprayer #newweek

Last week, I received this incredible hand-made gift from a very special friend. In Matthew 14:22-33, Jesus calls Peter out of the boat to join him on the water. First, why would Jesus call any one of us somewhere and then abandon us? He doesn't. But when Peter thought of his own ability, down he went. Jesus rescues him and says, "Oh ye of little faith, why did you doubt?"

Doubt keeps us in our head. Doubt moves our focus to self. Doubt poisons our faith. Ephesians 5:26 reminds us that we are to be "washed with the water of the word." The word is the divinely inspired liquid that we are to drink every day. It cleans our mind to remove the toxins we ingest from the lies we hear and allows us to achieve supernatural clarity and profound peace.

As Christians, we stay "washed up" and as Romans reminds us stay "renewed" daily by His Word. It's the most powerful weapon we wield against our enemy. Pick up your sword and fight. How many times I have heard, "that sounded like your mom" or "that looked just like your mom." How can it be 9 years today at 1:06 pm that you went to Heaven? I think it's because you live through me daily that it seems just like yesterday. What an honor to be your daughter. "Buckle up buttercup," I will be there soon and we have all eternity to worship and laugh at our sassy selves. In the meantime, I have to get ready for a radio interview today. Cover us this week with the hand of Jesus. You have not given us "a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind." Keep us keenly aware that you are coming again. Keep us focused on the purpose for which we were created as we keep our gaze laser focused on you. We will not turn to the right or left. We pray a specific covering of your hand over all service men and women, leaders and every soul battling evil to achieve freedom. May we constantly remember that our prayers to you are most crucial as we cry out for heavenly intervention in earthly circumstances. Jesus, the Lion of Judah, may you find us faithful as you separate the wheat from the chaff in these days. We will choose to follow you as we war on our knees for all this week.
